Melbourne Ear Specialists remains open for patient care.
We are available for urgent appointments that require in-person examination.
Patients with non-urgent problems can be seen via Telehealth facilities, either over the phone or via Zoom. We strictly adhere to up-to-date DHHS guidelines for the protection of our patients and our staff.
In accordance with DHHS guidelines and our COVID Safe Plan, we require that all patients and visitors wear a face covering when visiting our clinic.
A maximum of one visitor is allowed to accompany a patient to the examination room. Where possible please only bring one essential carer to the appointment, to maintain social distancing requirements and minimise unnecessary travel.
Please refrain from visiting the office if you have recently experienced fever, cough, shortness of breath, or changes in your sense of smell or taste. Should you have any symptoms please call to reschedule.
Contactless payment is preferred
From Monday 28th September, Elective Surgery is recommencing, all appropriate precautions will be adhered to by your Surgeon and Hospital staff.
Our staff will provide you with up to date information to ensure your hospital visit meets all the DHHS guidelines.
