To organise an initial consultation please contact our office via the online registration or by calling our staff on 9650 0522.​
We are currently unable to offer online bookings, however, if you wish to make an appointment, please make an enquiry here and let us know when you would like an appointment and our reception team will do their best to accommodate your request.
PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please ensure we have received your referral, either from your GP or another Specialist.

If you have current scans/X-rays or hearing test results please bring them with you to your appointment.

Referrals and relevant scans, reports, test results can be emailed, faxed, or uploaded here.​

You will receive an SMS reminder, 2-3 days before your appointment, please reply promptly.

Please arrive on time and allow approximately 1 hour for your appointment.

We always endeavour to run on time but this can be difficult with medical appointments.
- Patients with ear, balance, or hearing problems may require a hearing test to assist in the diagnosis of your condition. Our hearing assessments are undertaken by Neurosensory who are co-located in our rooms. They can provide a comprehensive assessment of both adults and children as well as hearing aid assessments. They will invoice you separately.
- ​Patients with nose, sinus, or throat problems may require endoscopic examination.
- Please bring a list of questions you may wish to ask.
