Dr Tim McLean

Tim is an Australian and internationally trained Ear, Nose and Throat Surgeon who graduated with Honours in both Dentistry and Medicine from the University of Sydney.
He holds Fellowships with the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons and the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, and has completed advanced subspecialty fellowships in cochlear implantation, otology, neuro-otology, skull-base surgery, and head and neck surgical oncology in Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. His training included leading centres such as Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital, King’s College Hospital, University College Hospital London, The Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital, The Royal Melbourne Hospital, and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. He holds multiple public and private hospital appointments across Melbourne, is Supervisor of Training of accredited ENT registrars at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, and is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Melbourne. Tim is committed to delivering compassionate, personalised care and working closely with patients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
